Should I Become an Affiliate?

This article is geared to the newbie, what a newbie? It's a term coined by the internet community as a person just entering the world of internet marketing. This person has some basic internet skills but lack and need some direction as to what they should do to start their long journey as a successful internet marketing entrepreneur.
An affiliate is a person who sells other vendor products. Although I have been at this for a sometime. I like to sell products that are managed through Clickbank. What, who is Clickbank? Clickbank is an organization that manage other people's products or service. That management includes the sales, commission paid out to affiliates, refunds, tracking and accountability of your account. Even though it's not commonly know, but you can signup to sell a particular product on Clickbank, than you can use your own sale's link (what Clickbank call their hoplink) to even purchase that product through your own sale's link and get the commission. However, if you ask Clickbank they will say it's ok to do, but they don't recommend or disallow it. They say it can create problems if you want a refund after you've purchased that product. Under any circumstances, there are several other organizations like Clickbank, but I think it's a good starter.
Finally, it all comes back to who you are working with, having a good coach to help you through the startup and learning process can be very helpful. As I said before do not pay a large sum of money for anything, coaching, website, or printed material. Spend less but get the best quality for your buck. As always, I recommend joining a membership site pay no more than $100 a month for the service and as I always say, if it's not working for you cancel your membership and request your money back. But remember to develop a long term business on the internet it's going to require some time, many of these folk will say success comes overnight but in reality, it's just the sun creating another beautiful day.
